This is the title of my second CD and seems to apply to the following poems and lyrics.
There is a Warning Label that is offered
due to the Intensity of the Emotions aroused when reading these words
Yes, I have lived the Pain
And, Walked thru the Dark Night of the Soul
But I also have Learned Life Lessons from those experiences, and have Journeyed on from the beaches of Florida to the Rocky Mountain High and a better sense of Who and What I am

I have to learn just how to Laugh again

Sorrow falling all around me
